Balkhoorma pudding
Ingredients:
- 800 ml milk
- 100 g kaki
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
For topping: chopped walnuts
Preparation: Heat the milk. Chop the dates finely and add them to the warm milk. After simmering for 2-3 minutes, blend the mixture. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and add it to the milk mixture. Stir until the mixture thickens, then remove from heat. Pour into serving bowls and decorate with chopped walnuts according to taste.
